Cancellation Policy:
To confirm a booking a valid credit card number and expiry date are required. Overseas visitors may fax, or wait until they arrive in NZ to phone these details. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date. All cancellations not provided to us by this time will have one night's accommodation debited to the credit card account.
